Organising and Paying for Pickup.

There are 2 ways to book a pickup for your MyPost Business labels.

Book a pickup after paying and printing labels.

The simplest method to book a pickup is to log in to your MyPost Business account and use the Pickups option on the menu to book a pickup or go to

Pickup as an Option (when printing labels)

The AusPost MyPost Business system allows you to book a pickup during the label printing process.

To enable prompting to book a pickup in the app go to CARRIERS, edit your MyPost settings and go to the PICKUPS tab. Enable the prompt for a pickup option.

When you next create consignments you'll be prompted to book a pickup. Note you must pay and print all of your labels in bulk to book a pickup. You can't process labels individually and then book a pickup. Pickups are limited to 50 orders at a time with each pickup being charged in accordance with AusPost's current rate card (currently from $11.98 per pickup depending on your Savings Band).
