To book a MyPost Business pickup go to the PICKUPS option on the main menu.

The Pickup Address defaults to the Sender Address that is set on the PREFERENCES page. You can modify the Pickup Address when booking a pickup (if required) without affecting the saved Sender Address.

In the Pickup Details section you will need to estimate the number of packages to be picked up. AusPost will accept up to 15 packages more than the estimate so it does not need to be precise. The maximum number of packages that can be accepted is 100 so if you have more than 100 packages you will need to book multiple pickups.

Specify whether you will be in attendance for the pickup. If you won't be in attendance AusPost require Pickup Instructions to explain how to collect the packages.

If you're booking the pickup prior to 1pm you can book a Same Day Pickup and packages will be collected by 4pm. If the Same Day pickup isn't available the option will be disabled and you'll need to book a Next Business Day pickup.

The cost of the pickup will be displayed next to the options available. Payment will be charged to the same method specified in your settings for payment of labels. If you pay for labels with PayPal you will need to book the pickup through the MyPost Business web site.

Please note that pickups are not available in all locations.
