Order Actions you can perform - Options and Explanations.

Actions such as Print Label, Fulfill Order, Refresh Quote etc can be performed on a single order by clicking the Actions button for the order or by selecting multiple orders and clicking the Bulk Actions button. The screenshot below summarises the options available.

The following Actions are available on individual orders and in bulk when multiple orders are selected:

Print Invoices

Displays a popup window with an invoice for each order selected. You can then just print the invoices to a standard printer. See the "Preferences" option on the menu for options related to printing invoices.

Print Picklists

Displays a popup window with a picklist for each order selected. You can then just print the picklists to a standard printer. See the "Preferences" option on the menu for options related to printing picklists.

Print Label

This will generate and print a consignment label for the carrier / service selected from the rate quotes for the order. It may be named Pay / Print depending on your carrier/payment method but will function the same.

Refresh Quote

Quotes are obtained when an order first appears and are refreshed when any changes are made to the order and any of the order option. This action forces a refresh of all rate quotes for an order.

Defer Order

Deferring an order moves it out of the day to day processing of the app. Deferred orders can only be displayed by clicking the More Filters tab and then choosing Deferred Orders. Deferring orders is useful if you have pre-order sales and don't need to ship those orders for a while.

Cancel Deferral

This option only appears if an order has previously been deferred. It cancels the deferral of the order.

Reset Order

This cancels all settings that have been modified on an order and reverts them to the default values. If the label hasn't been finalised it will be deleted. If it has been finalised it will remove the reference to the label on the order.

** If you need to cancel a consignment that has already been finalised/paid for you may also need to contact the carrier to request this.
