To remain compliant when shipping to the United States via Australia Post, all merchants must have a linked Zonos Verified Account. Australia Post has partnered with Zonos to provide Verified Accounts for all Australia Post merchants, and you will not be able to ship to the US without one.
Setting up your Zonos Verified Account
You can create your account directly via Zonos here:

Multiple AusPost accounts
You will need a separate Zonos Verified Account for each Australia Post account you use.
For example:
If you use both a MyPost Business account and an eParcel account, you’ll need one Verified Account for each.
If you have multiple eParcel accounts, each account will require its own Verified Account.
Finding your account details
MyPost Business customers
When creating your Zonos Verified Account, you’ll need your APBCN.
You can find this in your MyPost Business dashboard:
Log in to MyPost Business
Go to Send & Save
Your APBCN will appear beneath your unique QR code
eParcel customers
You’ll need your MLID number during setup.
If you don’t have this information, please contact your Australia Post Account Manager.
Using SellerDash: AusPost Shipping
No changes are required to your SellerDash setup.
The addition of Zonos does not affect your use of the SellerDash: AusPost Shipping app, and you do not need to connect Zonos to the app.
Product information requirements
To generate US shipping labels, all Shopify products must include:

Labels cannot be produced without this data.
For help updating these fields, see our related help article.
Collecting duties and taxes
