If you have already fulfilled the order, you can download your label file again from the TRACKING tab of our app.
Click on the TRACKING tab, then use the Filter box to search for the relevant order.
Click on the arrow in the Label column and it will open the PDF file that label was originally created in.
From there, you can print just the label you need using your printer dialogue box to choose the "page" number to print.
If the order hasn't been fulfilled in our app yet, you can just click the Actions or Bulk Actions (when selecting multiple orders at once) button for the order in question and choose the Reprint Label option.
To do so in bulk, you can use Print Labels once again, you will not be charged twice.
Please note Australia Post only allow labels to be reprinted for 48 hours after they've been generated. So if reprinting from this method, you will need to be within that reprint window. Otherwise, you can just download the file again from the Tracking tab of our app as described at the beginning of this article.
If you created the label outside of our app, you will need to log in to your MyPost Business account and go to the Transactions page where you can choose the batch of labels to reprint.
