If you need to print a shipping label again, there are several ways to do so depending on whether the order has already been fulfilled in SellerDash.
Reprint a fulfilled label
Once an order has been fulfilled, you can download the original label PDF from the Tracking tab.
Open the Tracking tab.
Use the Filter box to find the order.
Click the arrow in the Label column.
The original PDF file containing the label will open. You can then use your printer's print settings to print only the required page.
Reprint an unfulfilled label
If the order has not yet been fulfilled, you can reprint the label directly from the order list.
Select the order.
Click Actions.
Choose Reprint Label.
To reprint multiple labels, select the required orders and use Bulk Actions → Reprint Label.
Alternatively, you can select the orders and choose Print Labels again. You will not be charged a second time for reprinting existing labels.
⚠️ Important: Australia Post only allows labels to be reprinted for 48 hours after they are created. If this time has passed, download the original PDF from the Tracking tab instead.
Labels created outside SellerDash
If the label was created directly in MyPost Business rather than SellerDash, you'll need to reprint it from your MyPost Business account.
Log in to MyPost Business.
Open the Transactions page.
Select the batch containing the required label and reprint it.
You can access the Transactions page here:
Reprinting a label after an order has changed
If the order has been updated since the label was originally created (for example, the delivery address, package type or package weight has changed), you cannot simply reprint the existing label.
MyPost Business labels are paid for and finalised when they are first created, so they cannot be edited or updated.
Instead, you'll need to:
Cancel and request a refund for the original label directly in your MyPost Business account.
In SellerDash, click Actions → Reset Order.
Update the order or label details as required.
Create a new shipping label.
This will generate a new label containing the updated shipment information.
