Just click the drop down list that displays your rates and the band will be displayed. Please note that rates are requested when you first access the app after an order is created.
If your Send and Save tier has changed you may need to refresh your rate quotes. Just select all orders by clicking the checkbox at the top of the left column, click the Bulk Actions option and choose Refresh Quotes.
