How to restrict available MyPost Business services in the app

Select Services

Depending on the services you provide to your customers you may not require all Australia Post MyPost Business services to be available in your account for the display of rate quotes or for the creation of consignment labels.

NOTE: If you restrict services this may have an impact on Shipping Rules and other settings. We suggest only disabling services if you will never ship with that service.

An Example

If you only use Standard and Express International, and not Economy services then you could click the toggle switch in the Status column so that it changes to greyed out and then these services won't be visible in the app.

Another example...

If you only ever use your Own Packaging when shipping orders and never use the Australia Post branded satchels or boxes you could disable all of the "Flat Rate Box" and "Flat Rate Satchel" services.
