Where to set your Tax IDs in SellerDash

Written by Meegan

International Options

From the PREFERENCES screen, click on INTERNATIONAL OPTIONS.

Some countries allow you to prepay taxes via a Tax ID registration. For example, if you ship to the EU, you may be registered with the IOSS to save money on VAT charges. Likewise, if you are registered for UK Vat, you can enter your ID here.

SellerDash allows you to store these numbers here to use for any applicable orders.

If you have any of these fields filled, your Tax ID will be submitted automatically when a label for the applicable country is created. It will also then default your label to Sender Pays Tax ID.

Enter ZONOS in the field indicated for Zonos Enabled EU Countries to enable the Sender Pays (Zonos® Verified Account) option. If you also have an IOSS, leave your IOSS number in the IOSS Registration Number field and it will be used for all other EU countries to enable the Sender Pays (Tax ID) option.

As Zonos is the mandated option for shipments to the US, it does not appear in this section.

Note: only ZONOS is supported for Canada, so if you wish to prepay landed costs via your connected Zonos account, enter the word ZONOS in the field provided for Canada GST.

⚠️ Important: Only one landed costs method can be used per label. The method is determined by your SellerDash settings, any order-level overrides, and the destination country’s requirements.
