Shipping to South Korea

Where to enter the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC)

If you're shipping to South Korea, then you must add the customer's Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) to the shipping label. Packages shipped without a PCCC printed on the shipping label may be destroyed or returned.

The Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is 13 digits (e.g. XXXXXX-XXXXXXX)

When preparing your order to print a label, enter the PCCC provided by the customer in the Order Options section, under Importer Reference Number.

Failure to provide this information may result in customs destroying or rejecting your parcel.
