Where to enter the CPF

Brazilian customs authorities require that an importer tax identification number be provided for all shipments.

For individuals, this is the CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas), formatted as 000.000.000-00.

For businesses, this is the CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica), formatted as 00.000.000/0000-00.

When preparing your order to print a label, enter the importer’s tax identification number provided by the customer in the Order Options section, under Importer Reference Number.

Failure to provide this information may result in customs rejecting your parcel.
